Laconia--------Jasmin Jade Marden, 17, of 129 S. Main Street died at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Wednesday, October 29, 2003.
Jasmin was born December 2, 1985 in Laconia the daughter of Francis "Frank" and Charlene (Bean) Marden. She lived in Belmont prior to her moving to Laconia 10 years ago.
Jasmin was a senior at Laconia High School and was involved with the multi-media program at the J. Oliva Huot Technical Center. She loved studying the French language and liked dressing like a "teen" and looking her "best". After High School, Jasmin planned to continue in the multi-media field.
Survivors include her mother, Charlene (Bean) Marden of Laconia; her father, Francis "Frank" Marden, I of Tilton; a sister, Amy S. Chaffee of Sanbornton; two brothers, David K. Bean of Tilton and Francis D. Marden, II of Laconia; her paternal grandparents, Carroll F. & Madeline Marden of Belmont, NH; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Calling Hours will be held on Monday, November 3, 2003 from 2:00PM-4:00PM and from 6:00PM-8:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.
A Liturgy of the Word will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2003 at 2:00 PM at St. Joseph Church, 30 Church Street, Laconia, NH. Rev. Gary Kosmowski, pastor of the church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the family lot in Bayside Cemetery, Laconia, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jasmin Jade Marden "Friends for Friends Progam" c/o Laconia High School, 345 Union Avenue, Laconia, NH 03246.
