W. Alton, NH---Frederick H. Koch, 76, of 51 Hermit Road, West Alton, NH died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia, NH on Sunday, October 12, 2003.
Mr. Koch was born February 19, 1927 in Bronx, New York, the son of Harry and Elizabeth (Ferrara) Koch.
Mr. Koch served in the U. S. Navy. He lived in Mineola, Long, Island, New York for many years and was an insurance agent for Prudential Insurance Co. for twenty-eight years, retiring in 1986.
Mr. Koch moved to W. Alton, NH seventeen years ago. He enjoyed golfing and fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Alta B. (MacMillan) Koch of W. Alton, NH; four sons, Ronald H. Koch of Rockville Centre, New York, Frederick J. Koch of Highland, New York, Jeffrey A. Koch of Clintondale, New York and Christopher A. Koch of Hoboken, New Jersey; two grandchildren, Andrew Koch and Elizabeth Koch both of Rockville Centre,NY; two sisters, Rosa Dixon of Frankfort, New York and Marilyn Koch of Port Allen, Louisiana; and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Bremner
There will be no calling hours or funeral service.
