Gilford----David Lewis Goodwin, 46, of 20 Chestnut Drive, Gilford, NH died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 3, 2004 at his home.
Mr. Goodwin was born July 29, 1957 in Manchester the son of William and Betty (Beauman) Goodwin. He lived in Manchester for many years and attended Manchester Central High School. He had been a resident of Gilford for the past 8 years.
Mr. Goodwin was a 12 year associate of Wal-Mart and had been at the Hooksett, Tilton and retired in December 2003 from the Gilford store due to illness. He enjoyed boating, fishing, water skiing, skiing and working in the yard. He was an avid animal lover and enjoyed NASCAR racing.
Survivors include his wife Deb (Agrella) Goodwin of Gilford; a daughter and son-in-law Amy and Shane Allaire of Hooksett; his parents William and Betty Goodwin of Inverness, Fla and Jefferson, NH; a step-daughter Tiffany Walsh of Gilford; a step-grandson Aaron Bond of Chichester; a sister Debbie Goodwin of Keene; a brother William Goodwin of Texas; nephews and nieces.
Calling hours will be held at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia Tuesday April 6, 2004 from 1-3 PM using the Carriage House entrance. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM also at the funeral home.
